4. Quotations, Orders & Pricing

• Quotations issued by Warsonco are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are quoted in USD or another agreed currency and exclude duties, taxes, and on-site installation unless explicitly included.
• An order is confirmed only after we issue a written sales confirmation or proforma invoice and receive the agreed deposit.
• OEM/ODM cooperation is subject to a separate written agreement.

5. Delivery, Installation & Acceptance

Standard Incoterms (FOB / CIF / DAP, as agreed) apply to international shipments. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to confirmation in the sales contract. Installation, commissioning, and operator training, if included, are governed by the project plan attached to the contract.

6. Warranty & Service

Warsonco equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period stated in the sales contract, under normal industrial use and proper maintenance. The warranty does not cover wear parts, damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or operating conditions outside the published specifications. Lifetime technical support is offered for the operational life of the equipment.

7. Privacy

When you submit an inquiry through our forms (name, company, email, phone, message), we use this information solely to respond to your request, prepare quotations, and provide after-sales support.
